NDAME Paje Hotel – Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation or staying at NDAME Paje Hotel, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Prices and Taxes

  • All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Rates include VAT and applicable government taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Any additional taxes, service charges, or fees introduced by the government will be added to the final invoice.

2. Payment and Terms at Check-in / Check-out

  • A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in for all guests.
  • Full payment for the entire stay is required at check-in for all non-prepaid reservations.
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash (USD or TZS).
  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges (50% of the nightly rate).
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. The card will be charged for the first night in case of no-show or late cancellation.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 14 days before arrival (for most rates).
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the entire reservation.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
  • Special rates (Non-Refundable, Advance Purchase, etc.) are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

4. Traveling with Minors

  • Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • All children must be registered at check-in.
  • Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability.

5. Accessibility & Special Needs

NDAME Paje Hotel strives to accommodate guests with special needs. Please inform us at the time of booking of any accessibility requirements.

We offer ground-floor rooms and limited accessible facilities. Kindly contact us in advance for assistance.

6. Parking

  • Free private parking is available on site, subject to availability.
  • The hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft to vehicles parked on the premises.

7. Hotel Events & Facilities

  • The use of the pool, restaurant, bar, and other facilities is subject to house rules and opening hours.
  • Pool hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
  • No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

8. Use of Personal Information

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Your information may be shared with third-party service providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking and providing services.

9. Liability

  • NDAME Paje Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except in cases of gross negligence.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables. Please use the in-room safe provided.

10. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your stay shall first be resolved amicably. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

12. Third Party Rights

These terms do not confer any rights on third parties.

13. Waiver & Severability

  • Failure by the hotel to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

By completing your booking or staying at NDAME Paje Hotel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible — 14 Days

Standard Policy

Guarantee
No prepayment is required to confirm the reservation. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation
This reservation is fully refundable. Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival before 12:00 AM local time.

After the free cancellation period:

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge equal to the full reservation amount.
  • No-shows will be treated under the same conditions as cancellations and charged the full reservation amount.
